ADB (Adaptive Driving Beam) matrix pixel headlights are a popular technology trend in automotive lighting. They can adaptively and intelligently change the light type according to road conditions, reduce glare, and improve vehicle safety during driving. Jingneng Optoelectronics has been continuously innovating and breaking through since its ADB headlight module was released at last year's ALE exhibition. This year, it showcases two new ADB headlight modules: one is the use of silicon substrate LED chip technology with independent intellectual property rights, which integrates more than 100 LED pixels that can be independently driven in a large LED chip. Its advantages are single-sided light output, beam concentration, and good directionality; The second is to use self-developed CSP products as the light source, fully leveraging the advantages of CSP's small size and high illumination. At the same time, advanced white wall technology is used to achieve single-sided light output, making the light more controllable, the beam more concentrated, and reducing interference from crosstalk. Both products can achieve perfect area lighting control and independent lighting control for individual pixels, providing a selectable solution for intelligent headlights.


The intelligent interactive tail lights not only achieve functional illumination, but also serve as a customized information output carrier, opening up a new interaction channel. For example, they can issue warnings in traffic jams to prevent serious rear end collisions, or unmanned vehicles can interact with the surrounding environment through the tail lights. As an outdoor interactive taillight, it needs to meet the following requirements: ① High brightness: sufficient brightness support is required for outdoor application scenarios; ② High contrast: try to increase the blackness as much as possible through the lampshade; ③ Small spacing: Combined with the best viewing distance, there should be an excellent experience.


Jingneng Optoelectronics uses its unique silicon-based vertical structure Mini LED chip technology to launch silicon-based Mini LED intelligent interactive taillights with a pixel spacing of over 0.937584000 pixels. This new product utilizes the advantages of a silicon-based vertical structure with long P/N pole distance and single-sided light output to reduce light interference. At the same time, through optimization of devices, materials, and processes, it ensures high contrast while increasing brightness by more than 30%, solving the difficulty of coexistence of high brightness and high contrast. With the development of smart cars, larger and better screens in cars have become a trend, which requires high performance of in car screens such as high color gamut, high brightness, high contrast, and low power consumption.

The car mounted Mini LED backlight product exhibited by Jingneng Optoelectronics this time adopts a large angle light output design, high-voltage chips combined with high color gamut fluorescent materials (DCI-P3 greater than 93%), providing a cost-effective device and module solution for high-end car mounted displays.

Under the wave of intelligence, the automotive ambient lighting market is bound to expand and explode. The light source for interior ambient lighting is generally RGB LED, which mixes red, green, and blue light to obtain different lighting colors and achieve color changes. At the same time, by adjusting the current and duty cycle, different lighting brightness can be obtained to achieve changes in the brightness of the light source, and the color and brightness required by the user can be obtained.

The RGB ambient light exhibited by Jingneng this time adopts silicon-based LED chip technology, which features single-sided light output and advanced white wall technology, which can make the product brighter and have better color consistency; At the same time, the use of PLCC packaging makes the product more cost-effective and reliable. The 6Pin pin provides red, green, and blue quality and color mixing independently driven by each chip, resulting in high-quality full-color ambient lights.
